Watching 200 videos to find 12 problems.
Checking creator deliverables today means spreadsheets, screenshots and opinions. It takes days, depends on who watched, and turns into an argument when the creator pushes back.
- Someone watches every video in full
- Each reviewer reads the brief their own way
- The client gets a spreadsheet of “ok” and “not ok”
- The creator disputes it and nobody can find the moment
- Videos are checked automatically, in parallel
- The same standard on video 1 and video 500
- The client gets a report with proof for every rule
- Every miss comes with the exact second and the quote
Three steps. No spreadsheets.
Paste the brief you already use
No need to turn it into a checklist. OnBriefing extracts the rules and tells you which ones can’t be checked on video.
Send the published links
One per line, in bulk via CSV or through the API. Each video is checked end to end: speech, visuals, on-screen text and caption.
Review only the exceptions
On brief, off brief or needs review, with the evidence for each decision. Export to CSV or get it by webhook.

Fictional campaign · Reusable bottle
Brief requirements
- 01Show the whole bottle within the first 3 seconds.
- 02Mention the 750 ml capacity in speech.
- 03Say the REFILL10 discount code.
Every rule in the brief becomes a check.
Brand and tagged profile
Was the brand said, shown or written? Was the right @ tagged in the caption?
#ad and hashtags
Paid-partnership disclosure and required hashtags, where the brief asks for them.
Key lines, code and CTA
Key messages and call to action, with the exact second they were said.
Product on screen
Does the product appear? The report shows the frame and the moment.
What’s off limits
A competitor, a banned word or a claim outside what was agreed.
Format and official footage
Length, platform and whether the video really is a cut of the campaign footage.
Proof, not opinion.
AI finds it. The rule decides.
The verdict is computed from each rule with fixed criteria. Same brief, same decision.
Every conclusion cites the evidence
The frame, the quote with its timestamp or the caption. You can show the creator exactly where a rule failed.
When in doubt, it goes to you
Anything that can’t be proven is marked “needs review”. A silent video never fails for a missing line.
No mention of the code in speech or on-screen text. The call to action only says “link in bio”.
“go get it, it’s on sale, link in bio”

Do I need to turn the brief into a checklist?
No. Paste the text you already send to creators. OnBriefing extracts the rules on its own and flags which ones can't be checked on video.
Does it work with TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts?
Yes. All it needs is the link to the video published on TikTok, Instagram (Reels) or YouTube (Shorts), up to 10 minutes long.
Can the AI get it wrong?
It can, which is why it doesn't decide alone: every conclusion cites the evidence, the verdict comes from fixed criteria, and anything that can't be proven goes to human review.
Are the videos stored?
No. The video file is discarded after the analysis. The report keeps only what's needed as evidence: the frames, the quotes and the post's metadata.
How is the price per minute calculated?
Each minute of video uses 1 credit, and a partial minute counts as a full one: a 45-second video uses 1 credit, a 90-second one 2. Plans give you credits every month: Essential $20 (200), Professional $50 (600), Scale $100 (1,400). Need more in a month? Extra credits at $0.20, which don't expire.
Is there an API to integrate with my platform?
Yes. Create campaigns, submit videos and receive the report by webhook as soon as the analysis finishes. See the documentation at onbriefing.com/developers.

What is OnBriefing?
AI influencer content review software that verifies influencer, creator and UGC videos. You send the link to the published video and the campaign brief; OnBriefing checks it rule by rule and returns a report with the evidence for each conclusion: on brief, off brief or needs review.
How does OnBriefing use AI?
As a means, not as the final answer. OnBriefing is a proprietary verification engine that combines leading AI models with specialized steps for speech, image, on-screen text and official footage. The AI finds and cites the evidence; the verdict is computed by fixed rules; anything ambiguous goes to human review.
What does it mean for content to be on brief?
That the video follows the rules of the campaign brief. Off brief means a required rule failed. When the evidence isn't enough to decide, the content goes to human review. It is never rejected for lack of data.
Does it work for UGC content review?
Yes. UGC videos are checked the same way as influencer posts: each rule in the brief (product on screen, required lines, banned claims) is verified with evidence, so you can approve UGC before paying the creator.
Can it check #ad and paid-partnership disclosure?
Yes, when it's in the brief: caption, hashtags, on-screen text and mentions are part of the analysis, and the report shows where the disclosure was found or missing. It's an operational check, not legal advice.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. When you create your account you get 10 free videos, up to 3 minutes each, in one test campaign. No card required and they don't expire. After that, pick a plan from $20/month.
How do the plans work?
They're monthly, from $20 for 200 minutes of video. Cancel anytime, with no fee or contract. Unused plan credits don't roll over.
