Privacy and cookie policy

Last updated 10/14/26

This policy explains how OnBriefing handles personal data on onbriefing.com and on the platform, under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13,709/2018) and applicable privacy laws. Questions and requests: contact form at onbriefing.com/contact.

Who is responsible

OnBriefing is the controller of the data processed on the site and the platform. To reach us about privacy, including our data protection officer, reach us through the contact form on the site.

Site visitors

  • Audience and ad measurement: only with your consent, we use Google Analytics to see which pages are visited, where traffic comes from and whether our ads lead to inquiries. Without consent, no measurement cookie is set.
  • Language preference: a cookie stores the language you chose so the site opens in the right one. It's required for the site to work and doesn't identify you.

People who contact us

When you write to us through the contact form, we use your name, email, company, phone (if provided) and what you write to reply and handle the sales conversation. The message reaches us by email, sent through Resend.

Platform customers

  • Account: users' name, email and sign-in data, to authenticate and run the account. The session cookie is required to sign in.
  • Analyzed videos: we receive the link to the published video and the campaign brief. The video file is discarded after the analysis; the report keeps only what serves as evidence: frames, quotes from speech and on-screen text, and the post's public metadata.
  • Reports remain available to the customer's account while it exists or until the customer asks for deletion.

Who we share data with

We use providers that process data on our behalf: Google (Analytics and the AI models used in the analysis), Groq (speech transcription), Resend (delivery of contact form messages) and cloud hosting providers. Some have servers outside Brazil; those transfers follow article 33 of the LGPD. We don't sell personal data.

Legal bases

  • Consent: measurement and advertising cookies.
  • Performance of a contract: account data and video analysis for customers.
  • Legitimate interest: replying to inquiries and keeping the site secure and running.

Your rights

You can ask to confirm whether we process your data, and to access, correct, anonymize, port or delete it, learn who it was shared with, and withdraw consent at any time. Send your request through the contact form on the site; we reply within 15 days. You can also complain to Brazil's data protection authority (ANPD) or your local authority.
